Are there in-app purchases?
Recess will offer optional in-app purchases, such as coin packs. You also earn coins just by playing, in every place, and spend them on outfits, furniture and car parts.
Who is Recess for?
Anyone who loves to play make-believe with friends. Online play is for ages 13 and up, and the app checks before anyone plays online. Playing offline with the CPU crew is open to everyone.
How do players talk to each other?
There’s no free-text chat. Players talk with preset lines and emotes, and names and titles are filtered. Cameras, photos and uploaded videos only work in private rooms, which need a password. See the community guidelines.
What if someone isn’t being kind?
Report or block anyone in a tap. We review every report within 24 hours. You can also reach us through support.
What do you collect?
Only what the game needs to run. There is no tracking. The privacy policy has the details, and you can delete your data at any time.
Do I need an account?
No sign-up. Your progress saves on its own, and a save code brings it back on any device.
